We wanted to share a quick update on the Bathgate Music Hub project and some fantastic new aerial photographs of the building that were taken this week.
As many of you know, we continue to work closely with our solicitors and West Lothian Council to finalise the lease arrangements for the former Bathgate West Nursery building. While there is still work to do before everything is formally completed, progress is continuing behind the scenes.
This week marked another important step forward, with specialist contractors carrying out a range of surveys at the site. These surveys will help us fully understand the condition of the building and identify the improvements and refurbishment work that will be needed to transform it into a safe, accessible and inspiring home for Bathgate Band and the wider community.
The images below give a great view of both the building and the surrounding grounds. It is exciting to start looking beyond the paperwork and planning stages and begin gathering the information needed to bring our vision for Bathgate Music Hub to life.
While there is still a journey ahead before we can move in, every survey completed and every piece of planning work brings us a step closer to providing our band with a permanent home for learning, rehearsing and performing.
