𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 – 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘆

We are aware of a number of potential incidents of vandalism in and around the former Bathgate West Nursery building.

At this stage, the property remains under the responsibility of West Lothian Council. We would therefore encourage local residents to report any concerns or suspicious activity directly to Police Scotland and West Lothian Council, using the appropriate channels.

𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗱 remains hopeful that lease negotiations will conclude within the next few weeks. Once this process is complete, we will formally adopt responsibility for the security and stewardship of the building and its grounds, as part of our wider plans for the Bathgate Music Hub.

In the meantime, we would like to thank local residents for their continued vigilance and care for the area. Your support and engagement are greatly appreciated and play an important role in protecting local community assets.
